Refund policy
If you're looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! We offer exchanges or store credit within1 4 days of receiving your order, items must be in their original packaging and be unworn. You can return your product for store credit or a different product for the same or equal value. Please note that we do not offer refunds.
To be eligible for an exchange or store credit, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. We DO NOT honour exchanges or store credit for used products for hygienic purposes.
Please note that store credit cannot be combined with other promotions.
To start an exchange or store credit, you can contact us at 𝐢𝐧𝐟𝐨@𝐬𝐡𝐨𝐩𝐥𝐮𝐱𝐲𝐜𝐫𝐨𝐰𝐧.𝐜𝐨𝐦. If your return is accepted, we'll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Send us an email with a picture of your item at 𝐢𝐧𝐟𝐨@𝐬𝐡𝐨𝐩𝐥𝐮𝐱𝐲𝐜𝐫𝐨𝐰𝐧.𝐜𝐨𝐦.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
If you are shipping an item over €75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don't guarantee that we will receive your returned item, and we are not responsible for returns that we do not receive.
